  2. Send details of payment done to support@swayamwar4u.com to receive form. Fill form and send by email to support@swayamwar4u.com with filled form with sign, 4 x 6 size one photo (without sun glass) and candidate pan card hard copy at above given office address.
  3. After we receive all details we will create and send your username and password to your given email id. After receiving login details you can view your form and search other candidate data.
